Roof Terrace Outdoor Transformation incorporating a Benalla shade structure and artificial grass.
In September 2016, the Love Outdoors team transformed this high end showgarden, at the prestigious Barratt Homes development, in Fulham Riverside. Our stylish Benalla shade structure provides a sheltered haven, creating a relaxing space to entertain and enjoy. The artificial grass surface keeps life simple, resulting in an easy to manage and attractive outdoor space.
The shade aspect of the project involved the design, manufacture and installation of 5 hand finished vertical structural steel columns to cover an area of 25.5m2. Two commercial grade sail canopies were manufactured in Monotec 370gsm fabric. As with all Love Outdoors projects, our full project management provision managed timelines, processes, updates and risks in order to optimise the speed of installation and accelerate use of the final result.
Set around an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens with views across the River Thames, this special collection of homes include a 24hr concierge, fitness suite and car parking. These are truly exceptional residences and Love Outdoors was proud to be able to showcase our skillset here.
